1. Agreement

By creating an account or using Job BFF you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for keeping your login secure. You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live.

3. Acceptable use

  • Do not use the app to harass, spam, or impersonate anyone.
  • Do not attempt to access other users’ data or bypass access controls.
  • Do not scrape or submit content you have no right to use, and respect the terms of the job sites you copy links from.

4. AI-generated content

Insights, gap analyses, and resume drafts are suggestions produced by an AI model. They may be incomplete or wrong. You are solely responsible for reviewing every claim before sending a resume or email, and for ensuring your applications are truthful. Suggested gap-closing lines are proposals, not statements of fact about your history.

5. Email drafts

Job BFF can pre-fill email drafts and hand them to your own Gmail or default mail app. We never access your mailbox and never send email for you — you review and send every message yourself. Your use of Google services remains subject to Google’s own terms.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of your CV, notes, and documents. You grant us only the permission needed to store, process, and display that content for you inside the app.

7. Availability and changes

The app is provided “as is” and may change, break, or be discontinued. We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the new version.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost job opportunities, arising from your use of the app.

9. Termination

You may stop using the app and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
